Orders & shipping
How long until my order ships?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free on orders over $75.00. Below that, a flat rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are the recipient’s responsibility.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it hasn’t updated after a few days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
Returns & refunds
What is your return window?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, in original resalable condition. See the full Refund & Returns Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
My book arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Payments & financing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and digital wallets at checkout. Where available, you can also pay over time with a financing / “buy now, pay later” partner.
Can I pay in installments?
When a financing option is offered at checkout, you can split your purchase into scheduled payments, subject to the provider’s approval and terms. Refunds on financed orders are returned through the same provider.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed by our payment partners — we never store full card details on our servers. See our Privacy Policy.
