- Laptops whose sealed packaging has been opened, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
- Digital goods, gift cards, and downloadable content.
- Clearance or final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.
3. How to start a return
- Email info@octalearning.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, or use our contact page.
- We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address we provide.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.
5. Exchanges
Want a different title or a replacement for a defective item? Let us know and we’ll arrange an exchange. For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Return shipping costs
- Change of mind: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- Our error / defective or damaged item: we cover return shipping and replacement costs in full.
